District health system activity in recent years is characterized by the intensification of the industry reforming processes .Its priorities are the continuous improvement of the availability and quality of health care, rational and efficient use of budgetary funds allocated to health care, the introduction of new, less costly and more efficient technologies and forms of medical services, the priority development of primary health care, the optimization of the industry structure and implementation of hospital technology, implementation of state minimum social standards in the field of health care.
Since 01.07.08 Nova Mysh Hospice operates 30 hospice beds,is expanded on the basis of Nova Mysh local hospital.
On July 1, 2009 Molchadskaya local hospital was reorganized into nursing care hospital with 45 beds and 5 beds preserving for therapeutic profile.

There is done a gradual restructuring of outpatient care with emphasis shift in treatment by general practitioners in the district.
In Baranovichi district currently operates 12 independent outpatient general practitioners (Teshevlyanskaya, Milovidskaya, Novamyshskaja, Lesnyanskaya, Zhemchuzhnenskaya, Malakhovskaya, Gorodishchenskaya, Podgornovskaya, Molchadskaya, Volnovskaya, Mirskaja and Stolovichskaya).

- The specification of the budgetary capacity of health expenditure per citizen in 2012, with planned 1,446,242 rubles was 1,511,016 rubles (104.5%);

- The specification of beds capacity is 8.9 beds per 1000 citizens;
